7 days Return Policy

1. All products purchased from our web-store are eligible for 7 days Return Policy from the date of receipt of shipment by buyer.
2. All products will be accepted under return only if the products are unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
3. If your products arrived damaged or faulty, You need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt then we will issue the replacement product.
4. Returns in India are eligible for free returns. For outside India returns, The cost of the return shall be borne by buyer.
5. Store Management will check the retuned products and provide the replacement/refund  if product passes the  quality check inspection.

To start the refund process, Please send us an email to accounts@homsef.in.  You need to mention the order number in the subject line, and we will contact you as soon as possible to return the item and complete the return process.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Policy

GLOBZONES TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED aims to dispatch all orders within the time frame of 24-48 hours. Our trusted partner, DELHIVERY Logistics, handles all shipments. Once your order is ready for shipment, we’ll send you the tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email. Delivery times are typically 3-4 days for southern India and 4-6 days for northern India. All orders are shipped from Maharashtra/Mumbai. Please note that in exceptional circumstances, delivery may take longer than usual.
